WILL CONTESTS & TRUST LITIGATION
Wills may be contested for unsoundness of mind of the testator, undue execution of the Will, execution of the Will under duress or by fraud or any other valid objection to the Wills validity. Will contests must be filed within three months after the date of the Order admitting the Will to probate.
Trust contests have different but similar provisions. In rare instances, family members abuse a power of attorney to changes the title to assets or to steal assets immediately before death.
